Rooms have built in wardrobes. There is a fair amount of room for storage in a shed out the back, price includes unlimited internet with electricity and lawn mowing costs not included. Rooms are unfurnished priced at $95 and $105 p/w; however you may use a single bed I have if needed. Main bathroom has a bath and shower to be shared with other housemate with separate toilet.1 house mate only could use both rooms for a negotiated price. Bond to be two weeks rent.
